    A: The deposit is fully refundable upon move out if there is not damage, or outstanding invoices.

  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Please contact us directly and we can get owner approval and discuss the pet deposit.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: Please contact us directly to have yourself removed from the lease.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: You are required to give a 60-day written notice before the end of the lease.
